Any software code, trade secrets, or other personal details or other brought forth during the course of our interactions are kept in strict confidence.
For security, all work is performed from a dedicated Apple laptop. Laptops are factory reset between client engagements, so there are no crossed dependencies.
Refunds may be requested by mailing hello@kezzi.co up to 24 hours before starting service. Once service has been rendered, refunds are not available unless specific circumstances arise that prevent me from completing the work described.
